The collection and storage of personal information by Traffic Footwear complies with all the National Privacy Principles as established by the Privacy Act 1988 (Clth).

The personal details which are collected include name, address, phone number and email address; such details are reasonably needed for the purpose of conducting our retail business including processing on-line orders and credit card payments and organising deliveries to customers. Further, the details collected allow us to contact customers with information about online and in-store promotions via mail or email.
In line with the National Privacy Principles we make all reasonable attempts to ensure that the information we hold about customers is accurate and up to date.

Customers are asked to advise us if their personal details change so that we can update our records. Customers are also able to access their personal details which are held by Traffic Footwear at any time via the website and update these, themselves. If at any time, customers no longer wish to receive communications from Traffic Footwear or if they wish to have their personal details removed from our database; they can request this via email, using the Contact Us screen in the website and staff from Traffic Footwear will comply with these requests.
