Traffic Footwear is committed to providing a high quality product and we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of customer service.
If for any reason, including need to exchange or even change of mind or size, we will accept a return and exchange your purchase: in these instances, we will offer an exchange or credit towards a future purchase.
The conditions governing returns or exchanges are as follows:
- proof of purchase is required;
- returned item is to be unworn and in original condition including original packaging;
- purchase is to be returned within 14 days of purchase date;
- postage charges on such returns or exchanges are not refundable
- but customers will not be charged for the postage when an exchange or replacement is mailed to them.
The procedure for returns or exchanges is that customers are requested to email the On-line Store through the Contact-Us screen and request a return or exchange, outlining what is requested. Customers are then requested to return their initial purchase by mail to Traffic Footwear 212 Turner Street Port Melbourne; customers will be responsible for postage charges for returns or exchanges but customers will not be charged for the postage when a subsequent exchange or replacement is mailed to them.
We will refund on faulty goods in line with the relevant State and Federal legislation. However where a refund is requested is requested:
- the goods may need to be inspected to identify faulty goods and the extent and nature of wear also assessed;
- proof of purchase is required;
- we also reserve the right to repair or replace where applicable
- where a customer makes a claim for faulty goods; the customers will be requested to return their purchase by mail to Traffic Footwear 212 Turner Street Port Melbourne;
- where a refund is deemed appropriate, this will be credited to the original method of payment or alternatively we can issue a credit note towards a future purchase;
- where a refund is deemed appropriate postage charges will also be refundable.
