DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA - RATES

Within Australia, deliveries are made using a courier service with Australia Post. We have a contract with Australia Post and use their e-Parcel courier service for deliveries to our on-line customers.

For deliveries within Australia there is a flat delivery fee of $12.95 for the first product ordered; subsequent products on the same order are delivered free of charge.

Deliveries are made by Australia Post during business hours. Customers are asked to please specify an address during business hours. Whether this address is your work or home, please ensure that someone will be on hand to sign for receipt of goods. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the goods will be taken to your nearest Post Office from where you can collect them.

At the time of despatch, on-line customers will receive an email with shipment notification detailing order number and tracking number; customers are able to use these details to track their order on-line with Australia Post.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia.

DELIVERIES TO NEW ZEALAND - RATES

Deliveries to New Zealand are delivered using the international courier services of Australia Post.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to New Zealand.

The rates which are applicable depend on the number of products purchased; the rates are as listed in $AUD and will be added to the purchase price at check-out. All prices for shoes and delivery costs are shown in Australian Dollars. If purchases are made by customers in New Zealand, the purchase price will be converted to New Zealand dollars by Payment Express Gateway (Direct Payment Solutions); this is the payment gateway which processes the credit card transactions; there may be a service charge for this conversion.
