Currently, Traffic Footwear only ships to destinations within Australia and New Zealand
DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Within Australia deliveries are made using a courier service with Australia Post. We have a contract with Australia Post and use their e-Parcel courier service for deliveries to our on-line customers.
Deliveries are made by Aust Post during business hours. So customers are asked to please specify an address during business hours. For security of parcels and reliability of delivery, we require that the parcel be signed for. So whether this address is your work or home, please ensure that someone will be on hand to sign for receipt of goods. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the goods will be taken to your nearest Post Office from where you can collect them.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery if customers request that parcels be left and not signed for.
At the time of dispatch, on-line customers will receive an email with Shipment notification detailing Order Number and Tracking Number; customers are able to use these details to track their order on-line with Australia Post.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia.
RATES FOR AUSTRALIA
Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $125. For orders under $125, the standard rate per order is $12.95. This charge is listed in $AUD and will be added to the purchase price at check-out
DELIVERIES TO NEW ZEALAND
Deliveries to New Zealand are also made using Australia Post.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to New Zealand.
